As I began selling on eBay I searched my home for items to sell. Selling on eBay allows you to generate some income and gain an understanding of the items that sell ver​sus those that do not. Perhaps the item is a seasonal item in the off season or the seller's shipping rates are high tempting buyers to move on to another seller. Once I understood the stages of selling, I began to buy things to resell. ​Often times, my clients tell me they only have "junk" and I always reply, "one man's junk is another man's treasure". My best advice is "never underestimate the value of your item(s) because there is more than likely a buyer." I want to help you find your buyer and allow you to make a return on the sale.
One of my best sales included the 1979 Hallmark Christmas Ornament pictured above. This item was at the bottom o​f a $6.00 box of ornaments and would have been one to save for a garage sale, however something sparked my interest to research it's value. WOW, was I surprised, this ornament that I would have sold for .50 cents in a garage sale was selling for over $100 on eBay. Upon that finding, I listed the ornament as a "buy it now" and sold it for $115.00. All of the items shown sold well over $100 and my research on market values definitely contributed to those sales. This is what sets me apart from other sellers - I DO MY HOMEWORK.
